WORK PLAN FOR A REGION TURNAROUND

Scope

Region is underperforming across various KPI’s and there have been several gaps identified that would go on into the hundreds. All these tasks and issues need to be tracked and logged in a tool that will help prioritize, show status updates, time lines, responsible parties, notes, etc.

Problem

The company did not possess any project management software.

Solution

The Work Plan shown above is an example of a tool that allowed us to track tasks, log issues, quickly assign priority level and dates. This tool was used during all steering committee meetings with leaders and aided in organization and directness of those meetings. It also allowed for visual representation of all the various tasks both in progress and completed.

Results

This tool would allow us to successfully turn around underperforming regions, it aided in performing large scale projects in a region such as flipping floors in a hospital (physically moving all patients and staff from one level to another level).
